Von Schmeling, 28, said in court docs that she and the actor  initially separated from one another in September of 2022.

The news of the divorce came a week after Bell went missing in south Florida after reportedly threatening to commit suicide.He was later found unharmed  

Bell’s said that the reason behind the breakup after four years of marriage is irreconcilable differences, the outlet reported. 

The pair are parents to one-year-old son Wyatt Bell, who Von Schmeling is asking for primary legal and physical custody of.

Von Schmeling said that she is open to Bell receiving visitation of their son as part of a divorce agreement.

The news comes a week after the actor took to  April 13 to express his shock at the widespread news that his family had reported he was missing, and officials put out an alert was put out stating that he was missing and endangered. 

‘You leave your phone in the car and don’t answer for the night and this?’ Bell wrote on Twitter, with a face with an accompanying tears of joy emoji.

The Newport Beach, California-born performer was reported missing by family prior to being found by police at around 1 p.m.ET April 13 in .

The Nickelodeon alum ’caused concern’ with family before he was reported missing – and then found by police hours later, a source told .   

The source said, ‘There was some communication with family members that caused concern so they are worried about him and looking for him.’

The insider said that some of his relatives were not even aware he was in Florida where his estranged wife  Von Schemling lives with their toddler son.

Bell was spotted in public on Tuesday during a trip to SeaWorld in Orlando with his son. 

A fan told TMZ he greeted the actor and that he was ‘nice and soft-spoken, but seemed fine.’

Daytona Beach Police Department confirmed earlier: ‘At this time, we can confirm law enforcement officials are in contact and Mr.Bell is safe.’

The alarming series of events comes after years of erratic behavior including multiple DUI arrests and pleading guilty to charges of attempted endangering [of] children and disseminating matter harmful to juveniles for which he received two years’ probation.

In January, Bell reportedly entered treatment weeks after he appeared to be sucking on a balloon in the front seat of his parked car for more than thirty minutes outside his home – with his son in the car.

Soon after, the star and his wife Von Schmeling, also an actress, split up, with the latter moving to Florida with their son, Jeremy.

The former child star was then seen on Friday running errands in his Los Angeles neighborhood, pengertian judi bola parlay driving to a local vape shop.

He entered the store on his own, wearing a black t-shirt and black pants with black sneakers, before emerging several minutes later with a shopping bag.

In December, DailyMail.com revealed exclusive pictures of Bell, best known for his role on Drake & Josh and The Amanda Show, inhaling inflated balloons in the front seat of his parked car outside his Los Angeles home.

Wearing a basketball hat and a pair of sunglasses, he was seen inflating and deflating the pink balloon for more than half an hour.
